Why work with me?
I have spent my career in and around education and government — I understand the pressures of the sector from the inside, not from the outside looking in.
My work is evidence-informed, drawing on stress physiology, coaching psychology, nervous system science, and behaviour change — not generic wellness content. Every programme is co-designed with you, not delivered off a shelf.
I hold a Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification, EMCC membership, and specialist training in HeartMath, breathwork, and applied hypnotherapy. I am completing a Health Coaching qualification with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I work with a small number of organisations at any time, which means the support is genuinely bespoke and I am genuinely accountable to your outcomes.
